What are the best aspects of this product?
The customization solution is awesome. It is easy to customize your campaign the way you want it to look like. With Emma, you can drag and drop anything to your design and create presentable campaign designs. It has a response feature that provides a platform on which you can respond to inquiries from your customers. The click map is also convenient in monitoring the activities and behavior your target audience to know their preferences. When you compare with Constant Contact, Emma allows you to track who clicked on a particular item. You can also check the responsiveness of an email to mobile viewing before sending it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is slow when typing content. You have to wait for the system and thus inconvenient. When you try to make changes to you text while using the tool, they may not be saved and thus you have to always preview the text before sending it. Since the formatting can change when you send content to multiple emails, an attempt to change it can result to additional issues.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has enabled us to become more efficient in managing the emails we send out to our college students. We are able to create more than one account and thus segment the accounts based on the needs of our students. For example, we have created two accounts where one is used to send solicitations to students who want to receive such emails while the other is for those who want to receive other types of emails including newsletters gratitude messages.
