PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The system provided me with the means to serve my customers in a professional way using various channels. I can make and receive calls, send SMS, send an email, and even live chat. I can track the progress of issues in the ticketing system. My customers are amazed at how I can provide my services at a seeming enterprise level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are still features that I commonly use like manually adding a tag that is not as smooth and a bit jumpy. Anyway, it works as needed so I am still a happy camper. I am just stating it since I see that as a room for improvement.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Maybe a way to segment live cha so that I can configure it for multiple sites and the support I am doing won't get mixed up. That is just a suggestion. The system is already more than what I ask for. But, if the EngageBay team would be generous enough to set that then I'd be truly amazed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have a small business with a limited budget for operation. However, I always wanted a professional setup. like when someone calls me there is an IVR and I will be able to record calls and I will be able to keep track of client interactions. I really wanted a setup that allows me to keep records, monitor operation. There is always a system that does that at a rate I can't imagine to afford. Luckily I came across EngageBay and it is everything I ever wanted and more and I can afford it.
