What are the best aspects of this product?
I sign up for a free account here a month or 2 back(I am not really sure). When I log back in 2 weeks ago, I am really amazed how much it changed. I am noticing that it is getting more advanced. I did not take this into consideration before because the features did not cover my needs. But in a a very short time it can actually serve its purpose for my business. I tested it and the main things I use actually works.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The forms are still very basic. But I would say it can already work for me. But, I think it should be better if we can customize it as much as it can work with the theme I have in my site. at this point it cannot do that fully. Maybe the ability to edit it using HTML and CSS.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As I have stated above. I really like to see a highly customizable forms. I think the Landing page builder and some other builder may need a little more improvement. Though I can say they already did a pretty good job.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I have been in search for a while for an alternative that can really work for me to replace my high end expensive CRM. a lot of choices showed up and it appears that EngageBay may actually do the job. That is the reason why I got a year plan even I am not fully using it for my business yet.

I have not change it yet. But when I do it is because of a more affordable alternative.
