What are the best aspects of this product?
This platform provides every aspect for an SMB to be able to market to their clients as well as follow-up and client management aspects are awesome. Couple that with page and email drag and drop builders, integration options for contacts, emails and other services and you have a full fledged funnel CRM similar to ClickFunnels and other products, without the high costs. You have to try it. The features are as robust as many of the most expensive products out there but their costs and mission statement is to provide these for a reasonable cost. They achieve this beautifully.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's not necessarily a negative but they have some incredible features that they continue to flesh out, like thier social integration. I cant wait to see this continue to develop as a tight social engagement unifying the client and prospect messaging in emails and landing pages is an essential toolset in 2019 marketing. That they have all of these amazing tools and continue to build more into the platform is a credit, again, to their mission.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love to see integration with data enhancement tools to help find additional data on prospects, as well as more analytic integration and integration with some of the major services out there for online marketing as a separate choice (autoresponders, Twilio for SMS, etc).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The ability to store our digital assets in one place and be able to quickly add those to email, landing pages and create sequences with the visual sequence builder make it a no-brainer for our marketing. This tool allows us to unify our messaging across multiple platforms, manage our follow-up sequences and stay within our monthly marketing budget.
