PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool is able to provide what I need in my campaigns. I am able to do email marketing, Engage my customers in social media like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Do automation, create landing pages, create email templates, manage my contacts properly and many more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I encounter technical issues from time to time. Not very frequently but I notice it happen each time something new is implemented. I think preventive measures in affecting my system should be implemented to avoid cases like this.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I like to have the ability to assign my landing pages, email broadcasts, sequences and other marketing features to a user or at least a company and view it under contact or company details so that I will be able to segment them properly and it will be easier to organize.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to do marketing campaign in various channel in only one platform with much lesser cost. We do not have to learn a lot of software to do many things. We simply have to focus in learning EngageBay and improving our strategy.
