PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The system allows me to do my work in one place. I used to work in a corporation and it feels very professional to do my job using a system holding my contacts, tracking them and actually engaging them. EngageBay allows me to do that. It really feels great doing my personal business with such a level of ease and professional touch. I have my contacts saved. I can monitor my leads behavior, I can email them, give them a call, send them a message. It is great to have an enterprise feel while doing my small business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system is easy to use and when you figure out something it seems that you can figure out other things too. But, when I search for support content it seems that it is very limited. sometimes the feature is new and it does not have one.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More support content will be truly helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am running my own small business. Before I used EngageBay everything is all over the place. But now it helped me organize my business better and do daily task with ease. I know other system offers the same features it is just that they are too expensive for something that is just starting to take off like the business I have. I am really glad I discovered EngageBay.
