PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have a small business that needs a couple of tools to work smoothly. I do not really need a very complicated set up. But, I need a system with couple of function. Like email marketing system, automation, landing page builder. It is pretty much the basic. In most cases the features do not exist in one system or it is too expensive for me to buy it. I am just glad EngageBay got what I need in one place.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think some parts of it is not really working well. I am not sure if I am not doing it right but I cannot get the push notification to work.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I am not sure what services I need up until I grow my business further. For now I guess I simply hope to see a more organized support page with more contents to refer to. I want to do things myself and I do not like to keep on contacting support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I would say everything. I provided me a platform where I can do email Marketing, capture leads, create landing pages and many more. I am still figuring out what is the use of other features for me. But, with what I use I am just glad to be paying one platform because it has what I need to function
