PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is my personal opinion on the matter and I am not sure how others will find this. for me, the system is easy to use and I do not have to enter codes or do out of the ordinary step when I use this. more often than not if I want to find how it works I can normally find it by clicking around. Most amazingly, what I setup works as I imagine it. I am not very tech savvy, so I guess I am just happy to find a system I am able to figure out without asking support all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some part of the landing page builder is not so complete. Like when you select the color of the text it does not provide an option for custom color. I guess it is because the system is still new compared to most systems.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I really hope I can see the custom color option to edit the text. I think it will also be good if the landing page drag/drop capability will be improved further. It can really help none techy users like me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am the main user of the CRM system in my business. Technically I am the only. So I guess it provided me a really convenient way to work on my business. Aside from that, all the features I need is technically in one place now that I do not really need a couple of systems to get things going. I really like the pricing too.
