What are the best aspects of this product?
I really thought it is not possible to find a system with all the features I need that is inexpensive. I and my partners are already thinking of just spending more than what we budgeted since all the other alternatives prove incomplete or just won't work for us. Finding EngageBay allowed us to stick with the original budget without sacrificing efficiency.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I notice that there are minor trouble with the system each time something gets improved. It will be nicer for them to make it more stable or at least create a staging environment first and testing everything before putting it on the live platform. Anyway, they immediately fix whatever issues I report.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I definitely hope more native integrations will be made for EngageBay. I also would like to have a variable duplicate detection when importing contacts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to implement our planned strategy. We are even able to allocate less amount for the CRM since the system is really affordable compared to other systems with similar function. We are also able to do the processes we need to do to run our business and make a professional marketing campaign with EngageBay.
