What are the best aspects of this product?
With Engagebay the biggest thing that I like best and what attracted me to them was that it seemed like an all-in-one platform. It seemed like it solved the need to go out and get other services and integrate them together because Engagebay had everything built into it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't think of anything I really dislike about the platform. However, if I had to choose something, I would recommand to add more integrations.

Engagebay has a combination of features that are important to our business. I keep multiple email marketing lists there and I can quickly schedule my weekly newsletters and update mailing lists and create automated follow up sequences. Overall this has automated a lot of processes for my business.
