What are the best aspects of this product?
Invoicing has improved in efficiency since we used Entrata, we have a smooth flow of transporting information from the offsite team, and reading and accessing data has been easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Minor Issue: Tablet app keeps on crashing/lagging; It does not hinder the day-to-day workings of our work but it would be nice to have a reliable mobile device with me especially when meeting with stakeholders and clients.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We outsourced some incoming calls for our company and through Entrata we have been communicating well with them. They have been using Entrata with ease, too.
