The application is simple and easy to follow. I most liked the search features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are problems when you add the charges, they sometimes are posted more than once. Plus it doesn't sync with Yardi as much as I wanted it to.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The application is very simple. Screening applicants have been easier through the app.
