What are the best aspects of this product?

The app is extensive and comprehensive yet simple and easy to use. All levels of our company use them for their everyday routine. What stands out for me is that the communication between us and clients improved: emails can be delivered promptly, announcements, follow-ups, notifications, among others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Access to some information requires manual grant and it makes generating reports, changing information, and updating accounts difficult.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Customer service improved since using this app. We have more communication with other departments of our company and accessing information have been better. The app integrated our daily routine and tasks well.
