What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that all are in one location, it makes things really easy! We just have to open Entrata to contact prospects and residents and send emails, notifications, leases, and other documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The lease has some issues such as being unable to change the lease after being generated; have missing important aspects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Easy to use; and everything is in one app.
