What are the best aspects of this product?

I don't need to leave the system to process different tasks. It has all the features for property management with little training needed to understand and use them

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The automatic generation of leases has many issues. We have been repeatedly changing our settings to see what would work but it does not work. I hope it will be fixed soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Entrata is user friendly. It was also easy to limit employee access when maintenance is being done, and, most importantly, Delegation of tasks have been easier through Entrata. Employees do not need much training to use the application.
