What are the best aspects of this product?

The app helps me create and distribute invoices with ease; Payment processing has been easier with offers of different payment options; We have more access to information through the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a little hard to use; I hope that their UI gets better. In filling out forms, some items that are required are not required by Entrata so we still need to contact the clients again to ask for the information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Payment processing is easier; Online applications are also a great addition to our company but sometimes it creates more work because some forms with required information are not filled out.
