Simple user-interface; one can never be lost

What are the best aspects of this product?

It was so easy to use! I like how even though I started with it not knowing a lot of its features, by only "taking a tour" on the app, I can find out how to use it. I also like how the dashboard is full of information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope Entrata can train more than just the company's representative.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communicating with the customers and clients have been easier through the app. Entrata offers different templates and an easier way to send out mass emails and texting.
