What are the best aspects of this product?
There are lot of things I like about the Envoy. First of all I like the front desk because it makes strong impression on the client and it shows the intentions of the company. It helps us to put some simple things into the lobby, art on the walls, carpet, furniture and lot of things. But to be honest these things can be huge waste of time if you do not greet your visitors. Envoy doesn’t leave anything to the case. Thanks to the integration with our reception team we are able to keep track of pre-registered guests, NDA signing and many other features that helps us to welcome our guests and to greet all of them appropriately.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Whenever we face some minor issues they are quickly resolved from their tech support team.
