What are the best aspects of this product?

Free trial was very simple to setup and get started.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

EXPENSIVE. Far too many useless features make Envoy far more expensive than the value it provides. It also makes administering the app more time consuming than necessary.

None. We had sticker shock over the price and did not finish the trial.
