What are the best aspects of this product?
It helps processes go smoothly and efficiently. It is easy to navigate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Support is very poor. Keep getting asked the same questions for answers already provided. It is evident that support is not reading the case logs. Issues are dismissed very quickly. Seems like support is rated / compensated on how quickly cases are resolved. Resolutions are suggested without investigating the case. It would be nice if they took the time to reach out to clients and investigate the issue.
Another con is the speed of the system. We are on cloud. Extremely slow. Keeps spinning while opening up any form, report, module.
Bank transfers from 1 currency to another generate wrong journal transactions. Still waiting for development to fix this issue.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Netting AR/AP transactions with credit / debit memos that have a balance. Current feature is useless.
