What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the improvements in Epicor ERP’s support service. They really ensure that their end users receive the assistance they need. They now have a customer conference that users can attend once a year to meet and network with other users and to undergo product training. We are able to meet the programmers and techs in the conference and they gave us valuable tips and tricks to maximize the potential of the software. Aside from that, their support team also provide prompt responses to the tickets I submit.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to deal with bugs every time I get the new version of the software. Well, it’s not really a big deal since bugs are common in newly released platforms.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our sales team are able to get the latest information about the pricing as well as stock levels which they can use in the field to make sales. Moving to an ERP system from Terminal system is a great decision because we can now access the entire network remotely.
