What are the best aspects of this product?

What really impressed me about this tool is the fact that it is so user-friendly and makes organizing tasks and processes easy as well. It's designed in such a way that I could clearly tell where I am in the transaction process, which of course leads to smoother interactions with customers. Each function is also color-coded, so even the less tech-savvy of us here in the company could easily tell which is which. The process of making price adjustments as well as cashing in and out was also exceptionally easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I think they could really improve on is with regards to the visual elements of the tool. The interface could be a little wider since I could clearly see a lot of unused space even when I was using this tool on a large monitor. Having a bigger monitor wasn't any help with custom buttons either; I still found them difficult to read at a glance. Another thing I had trouble adjusting to at first was how items that have just been scanned appear at the top rather than the bottom.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has definitely helped us out when it comes to organization and speedy processing. I've only been using it for two months and I can confidently say that it is a definite improvement over other POS services I've used.
