What are the best aspects of this product?

If you're part of management, I think that this tool is going to be good for you. I found it to be really easy to grasp and use; there isn't much of a learning curve to grapple with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really with that this tool was a lot more stable, because it really is slowing down sales whenever it crashes. If they get this fixed I would definitely be really thankful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Any problems we may have had with pulling up data and information has now been resolved by this tool. we can quickly have produt reports for a specific store or department of the company pulled up when needed, and then use those for comparisons. it's also made reporting easy for us, and we can come up with yearly, quarterly, or monthly one quickly.
