PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part about ESPO is that you can make it fit your needs. Of you don't like something, you can completely change the way it works. You want a special field in your data? Easy to do! Want a special set of data not problem. Then there is the ability to have endless amounts of custom portals for customer and partners. Just a very powerful system, oh and the base system is free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The documentation is sometimes not there and the community support is small. If you get stuck it can take a while to get an answer. If you get he Advanced Pack ($344) then you get better support.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Needs to be more integrated with Office 365. They have done a good job with Google services, but many business run on Office 365. Just the ability to sync calendars, contacts, etc. would be incredibly powerful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Re run sales and internal project management out of ESPO. We have built a complete quoting system, document system, and workflow out of it.
