Want a special set of data not problem. Then there is the ability to have endless amounts of custom portals for customer and partners. Just a very powerful system, oh and the base system is free.

CONS: The documentation is sometimes not there and the community support is small. If you get stuck it can take a while to get an answer. If you get he Advanced Pack ($344) then you get better support.
