eTouches is great tool when it comes to event planning and managing

What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to eTouches event management platform we are able to streamline the event and meeting management tasks and to create possibilities in order to co-work efficiently across countries. Once you fully implement the platform it will generate great overview of Grundfos from each event investment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t want when it comes to implementing event management platform because it requires strong driver person to lead and carry out the implementation job. But when it comes to its customer support members they are one of the best support team I have ever worked with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saves lot of time, it helps you to professionalize the way of working. It creates motivation among the team members, everyone can share an event projects with other department.
