PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the integration between modules, it is user friendly app. It has task management options, it is versatile and it has wonderful customer support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The HTML coding doesn’t work on “view”, this can be really frustrating if you are not familiar with coding. There is no option to see whether the setting on eSelect are sync with eReg settings. Also, the fromating of spreadsheets sometimes goes off. It would be great if there is an option to link email tasks with people so they could update their tasks quicker instead of searching through the task list.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have experienced great benefits for submission and review process, we managed to streamline it and to easily set it up. We can manage both back and front ends. It saves us great amount of time. The system is user friendly and it helps us with the applications.
