What are the best aspects of this product?

We used to gather RSVPS via email and this was time-consuming process. This kind of automated process saves us huge amount of time and effort. The tool is so intuitive that knows when we recorded the RSVP and we don’t have to wait for someone to get back to them personally. We are able to take advantage for the e-marketing and to send invites. It has great registration page templates. They have improved the look od the program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software can be glitch sometimes, we cannot easily copy-paste text from word document into e-touches email widnow. In addition, I have to say that formation options are not intuitive. It happened often when I create an email and when I want to look it over I have found that the formatting has messed up the whole email.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

First of all, this tool saves us lot of time especially when setting up registration for lot of events. It helps us to streamline the process for the invitees and to gather information we need. Before using this product we have to rely on people by reading the invites and requests and to respond to all information. With this tool we can easily send out invites, to schedule emails and to send invites to thousands of guests at the same time.
