What are the best aspects of this product?
We have been using eTouches since 2012. The company has improved and grow over the time. We are very happy with this product and the results. It is easy to use, it has wonderful customer support, great online learning curve, helpful API, great integration between modules and onsite experience. We are able to work with various currencies, multiple global payment gateways and various languages including Chinese.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It lacks development of online booth sales and some management module, it has slow development of integration with AMSs like NetForum and others. The appointment scheduling module has limited scope as well.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows us to apply successful integration template across various clients. We have test and production area. We are able to accept registrations in various currencies and depositing direct into client’s account. With just a click we are able to view the website in various languages.
