Simple and easy to learn Etouches

What are the best aspects of this product?

ETouches is made for managing events into small pieces. We use this tool along with our Marketing Automation Platform, so we can provide smooth integration back to our MAP. It is easy to learn and easy to use, it doesn’t require specific skills. To be honest, we don’t use this software to its fullest, but we are very satisfied from it. I love the integration functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could provide m0ore templates for pages and emailers, so I can easily get an event setup in few minutes. Also, it would be great if there is an option to trial other modules in order see what works best for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a tool that would provide us with more information from the events but without storing data in separate fields. It helps us to have great overview of all the registrants and it helps us with the revenue generating. We are able to manage payments.
