What are the best aspects of this product?
We have used other event registration system but we have received lot of complaints from the attendees about the whole registration process. We all know that know everyone makes the registration via their phone. Thankfully, this tool offers onsite registration and mobile check-in tools. I like the post-event wrap up. We can send “Thank you” emails to the attendees. It has great integration with eTouches and Salesforce. We are able to keep track of those who have received emails and the program they registered for.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some things I wish could be integrated in eTouches, but I’m able to tell them my suggestion via customer support and I believe they would work on these ones. They always release updates to various modules in order to increase functionality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are small event and marketing team, that we develop, produce and execute more than 60 events a year. Thanks to the implementation of eReg, eMarketing and eSurvey we managed to increase the number of registrations and to minimize staff. We don’t have to read forms and lists and to type attendee names and survey responses manually.
