What are the best aspects of this product?
We organize 10 events a year, we have started our business with eTouches. This tool helps us to manage members, the pages have great design, and the setup of administrative invoices and other documents is easy. We can easily manage complex information gathering, we are able to copy all the setup. When it comes to communication management it allows us to easily manage the layout of emails with event-specific customization, to send out invitation, to manage automated email for incomplete registration. We have daily email custom report, finance management tools. We are able to monitor the engagement, and to keep track of those who are not engaged.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Etouches has lot of modules and it can be really confusing, because I can’t learn everything.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We couldn’t understand the global picture of engagement within the community. This tool helps us to detect those who are not engaged and we immediately know that we need to start interaction with them. Also, I love the value of cross events data, this great for our sponsorship programs.
