What are the best aspects of this product?

Our clients have complex event structures. One of them has 300 separate events with 5 day program. Thankfully, with this product we don’t allow people to register for two events at the same time. We are able to decrease the need for staff in the registration process and to ensure that classes accept only the maximum established by the teachers. Also, this tool provides great integrations with its various modules so we can better eliminate duplicate keystroking and to increase the accuracy. The transition from eSelect to Ereg is simple as well the creation of mobile app in e-mobile.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I run into some issue or have some suggestions I always contact its support team. I have to say that I’m very satisfied from their responsiveness and the fact that they always managed to improve every aspect of the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have found a system that allows us to adapt and customize great amount of registration and event needs. Its integration with various modules helps us with the accuracy and decreases the need of staff. It helps us to be more professional in front of our clients.
