PROS: I think it's great that we can easily configure its properties according to our needs. Through it, we've been able to test out our products without much delay.

CONS: We've had to manually tick off some pre-set settings so that we can enjoy the full functionality of this product. This was an easy process, but it was bothersome and time-consuming.

PROS: This is probably one of the most reliable go-to programs that I use for my business. Even my clients are impressed with the speed and accuracy that this solution delivers. It’s very customizable—which makes it easy for me to address the varying needs of my clientele.

CONS: ETQ, despite its many features, does not seem to translate well on mobile. I can’t wait until they roll out a new upgrade that will hopefully fix this issue.

PROS: The amount of modification-freedom that this program gives us is second to none. It’s truly impressive.

CONS: Learning your way around this program can take quite some time, and requires quite a bit of patience. But, I’m hopeful that things will be simpler in the next update.

PROS: I appreciate the level of care that their customer reps give into providing support to us. The program itself is flexible and easy to use too.

CONS: What can I say, my colleagues, are over-the-moon with the benefits that this program has given us. So much so that they think that it should have more applications that are equally as thought-out as the ones that are available now.

PROS: Designing and creating scripts for work are now easier than ever, thanks to this lightweight but very robust program.

CONS: It takes a while for some upgrades to be implemented. Some features could be better-supported too, in my opinion.

PROS: This program pays attention to our needs. It's flexible and can accommodate most of our requirements in the company.

CONS: It takes some time to implement newer versions of this program. The developers have offered to take care of this for us, but we've turned their offer down.

PROS: Probably one of the best things about Reliance is that the dashboard can be customized. We can simply change the settings so that it caters to our individual needs.

CONS: I have to admit that in setting up my account, I had to reach out to their support team a few times. It would have saved me a whole lot of trouble if their training manual was more complete.

PROS: This program delivers on its promise: it assists us in all aspects of our quality assurance processes. It even allows us to educate our new-hires more efficiently. With our documents all in one place, it becomes easy to study our processes and observe the movement of our products from one silo to the next.

CONS: It's not recommended for those that are not tech-savvy. We've had to set aside time to walk our new employees through the use of this program.

PROS: If there's one word to describe this program, it will be: "simple". And this is true because it allows us to quickly configure its settings without much trouble.

CONS: Its older versions are not as supported. I wish they would allow us to have more freedom on the layout.

PROS: I love just how personalized our experience feels. Right from the start, we've been able to dictate the process and the add-ons that we can have in the system. The developers have been very accommodating to our requests and needs.

CONS: The system can take quite some time to load. Plus, this does not work on mobile as properly as I had hoped. When it comes to data, the reports are sometimes lacking.

PROS: ETQ gives us so much freedom when it comes to setting up its features. We don't have to reach out to external programs just to get what we need, this program addresses most of our requirements.

CONS: I wish that there would be an open dialogue between the developers and its users. If there were, I would tell them (among other things) that their upgrades get in the way of our operating hours because they take too long.

PROS: I honestly don’t know where to begin my praises for ETQ. It anticipates any issue that might arise in the process of QA, and it has solutions to each. You can configure it according to your preferences too.

CONS: I don’t think that I have come across any issue. It truly is the best option for me and my company’s needs. Kudos to the developers and everyone involved in creating this tool.

PROS: I love how this program extends beyond just its initial purpose of assisting us in our quality management processes. We have discovered a plethora of benefits that we have now gladly integrated into our workflow.

CONS: On some occasions, combining two different modules can mess with the output. These instances are rare and far in between, but I think it’s still worth calling out.

PROS: ETQ sure knows how to empower their users. Module-handling is so simple, that one can hardly think of ways to mess it up. It's easy to integrate one into another as well.

CONS: This is one of those programs that are hard to learn, but also hard to unlearn. This means that once you get to know each of the commands, you'll be a pro in no time.

PROS: It can be customized and works perfectly well with other solutions. I love how I can assert my preferences, and personalize aspects of this solution based on my company’s needs. We’ve been able to centralize most of our operations in this single platform too. The production process plus quality assurance no longer have to be done in separate programs, using separate accounts.

CONS: Don’t get me wrong, I think that the data presented in Reliance’s reports are great. However, the issue arises once I try to download this data and save it as excel sheets. The formatting tends to be all over the place and some information gets lost in the extraction. But these are the only issues that I have with this program. Everything else works fine.

PROS: I love how organized this program is. Everything is just where it should be--making it easy for us to locate files and retrieve them.

CONS: We can't exactly multitask when using this program. We'd have to finish our tasks one deadline at a time, otherwise, it freezes often.

PROS: If it's control that you're looking for, then this is the program that your company needs. Not only does it oversee the quality of your products, but it also checks in on your team's productivity too. It keeps a pretty accurate record of your data as well.

CONS: It is beyond the tool's capacity to stay on top of all app-usage. I think this is something the developers should work on.
