What are the best aspects of this product?

The people over at eTrigue appear to be responsive. Support has been excellent so far. We've migrated from third party marketing automation systems. These sysemts have been full of problems. But with eTrigue ensured process to be a smooth one and assistance every step of the way.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish we discovered eTrigue in the early days. Right now, we're still trying to unearth its rich functionality. We're looking forward to maximize the system. As much as possible, we want to use it to meet our business goals.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Some of the most popular marketing automation systems we were using back then often came up short. We felt eTrigue is that software that give us a hand in terms of flexiblity and capablity. We hope that their features can make a huge impact. With eTrigue, it gave us the chance to concentrate in accomplishing our objectives instead of wasting time solving technical problems.
