What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to create email campaigns for lead nurturing, automated follow ups, and real time alerts to sales people who they should be calling and prospecting to. Allows you to track the exact people who come to your website, what they look at, how long they looked at content, and what content they interacted with most. You can then create automated campaigns to send them content email on a regular basis based on what they do. The emails will come from your sales team, who will also be notified when the prospect interacts with the emails. Fantastic sales tool. Connects to salesforce.com, microsoft crm, sugar crm and suite crm. Awesome live support team will help you create and verify your campaigns.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
New version has all the features we love. Also works on mobile to control campaigns, launch or make changes from my phone or tablet.

Greatly increased the marketing campaigns we can launch without having to have dedicated team members to create them. We spend about 3 hours a week creating campaigns, emails, and automating the sending.
