What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been utilizing Eventbrite for my event hosting and attending purposes. It makes things easier for the end-user. It happens to be my primary app for taking part in the SXSW Inteative yearly. It's easy to track all tickets for our team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experienced small issues in organizing the guest list through Eventbrite for check-in and printing issues. But there's nothing big that we couldn't resolve.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's one popular event hosting tools seen in today's market. So most folks we wanted to reach out to are already aware of it and have played around with it. In addition, their apps is very valuable as it lets a person gain access their event tickets remotely. All this without using a printer.
