What are the best aspects of this product?

Having the ability to offer a number of people access to admin tasks. This is ideal whenever you're operating in an event. The processing system is a breeze. So is its credit card management system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Dealing with a big multi-varying tickets. They can be tricky to deal with. It'll entail some knowledge and playing around with codes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There's no easy approach in processing credit card payments. Eventbrite has the capacity in handling those things for us swiftly. We can now say of having our own place where users from different companies can get together and do the necessary changs without worrying about being behind a login credential of an organization.
