What are the best aspects of this product?
Eventbrite simplifies the whole process of managing events. Through it, we’ve been able to cast a wide net for our marketing efforts as well as increase our number of tickets sold per event. I particularly love just how accessible this is too. I can do my work either from my PC or even from my phone—it’s very convenient!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have to admit that I’m not the most tech-savvy individual. As such, I sometimes struggle to create different ticketing tiers for our events. Their customer support can easily help me with this issue, but the problem is that they’re not always easy to contact.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use this platform to set up recurring events. Although learning it had not been the easiest task, we’re reaping the benefits of convenience and reliability now. We’re been using this for more than half a decade and we can’t imagine using any other platform.
