What are the best aspects of this product?

My team and I have come to depend heavily on Eventbrite to help us organize meetings that we can't afford to miss with our clients. With events up on Eventbrite, we can control the volume of people who will be attending, and communicate the details of the meeting in a clear and straightforward way. This is a program that operates simply but gives back ten-fold.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Eventbrite is more concerned with getting the word out about an event than the aesthetics. This isn't such a bad thing, but I do wish that we could be given more freedom to design our events page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to have a hard time finalizing guests lists for meetings. But with Eventbrite, this is no longer such a big chore. We can confirm who our guests are in just a click of a button. We can keep on reusing the event template too--all we have to do is to change the particulars like the date and time.
