What are the best aspects of this product?
Highly intuitive UI. You won't demand a lot of training just so you can use it. You can send out e-mails to event coming from your Eventbrite Admin protal. You have the ability to setting it to e-mail now or doing it later.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Eventbrite offers a plethora of options in generating varying reports. These can be downloaded into .PDF, .CSV, and .Excel format. Thing is, you'll need to have a bit of time playing with varying options just to acquire customized reports to suit your requirements. The issue seen here is that it won't inform you on how it's able to replace the name of available reports.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The great thing with is that there won't be any upfront costs to deal with. Eventbrite will only charge you whenever you get you get ticket sales. You can pass on the fee to event registrants or you could end up absorbing the fee. It's important to understand that Eventbrite charges a 2-part fee.
