What are the best aspects of this product?
Eventbrite is my go-to tool for all things events. Whether I am the one organizing the event or if I’m just browsing as a consumer, it truly is a brilliant platform that makes planning events and buying tickets easy. I love that it is so wide-reach—I can market my event to the other side of the globe. Likewise, I can also purchase a ticket for a concert, for example, that is going to happen somewhere else. It’s convenient and renders perfectly well on just about any platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice if Eventbrite would be more intuitive with its recommendations—even better if they would use my previous purchases as a gauge on whether I would be interested in an event or not.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When it comes to helping me plan events, this is the platform that I know will assist me from start to finish. I’ve noticed an uptick in ticket sales when sold through here as well.
