What are the best aspects of this product?
Evergage provides segmentation of readers, based on their actions and we are able to create additional content as banner or “pop-up” to improve the registrations and subscriptions. We can better understand our audience so we can send them more relevant information. It offers A/B testing for various content and images. We are able to improve our functionality instead of building into blogging platform first.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, I don’t use this product on a daily basis so I can’t really speak of dislikes. I have heard that the product is difficult to learn and the speed of the deployment of the idea is not fast. I believe they work on the product improvement.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Evergage helps us to improve our ability to create changes to non-CMS website, and the segmentation allows the team to display what they want for each customer. We have improved the “what, to whom, when” issue. The number of our monthly subscribers has increased and this is considered best for B2B Software Company and we are able to get more traffic to our website. The content is great leadership and it is highly educational for IT and LOB leaders who look to improve the management of their teams, processes and projects.
