What are the best aspects of this product?
I am able to send messages to my customers directly into their account so they can get the information and sign up to participate in testing activities. Thanks to Evergage I can send messages to my customers when they most need to see them. I don’t have to email them all the time, because they could get the message out of context. The other good thing is that I can see what they are doing within the system, and this is helpful because I can better target my messages. Also, its team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I found difficult to set up messages from scratch. Also, the visual editor is difficult for using if you don’t have experience with HTML or CSS. Additionally, it is difficult for me to understand how to make segments that are attached to the messages. You really have lot to learn, but once you learn how to use it is easy.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Evergage helps us to insert links, messages and videos into the product. It allows us to inform our customers for system updates and improvements. It is really helpful for keeping the interaction with our customers and to keep their attention.
