PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we are able to create all kinds of segments and to do analysis on many levels such as: number of visits, number of usage of specific feature, duration of the visit and many other things. We are able to integrate it with Salesforce. Evergage has great customer service and I can clearly say that all my questions are answered quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We use this product for analytics, but it seems like it is made for personalization and campaigns. I think that its features are not useful for UX designers who want to keep track of how our customers are using the products. I love to do more sophisticated analytics, especially to track user paths through our product. There is always room for improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Evergage is great when it comes to login and for better understanding our users and how they are using our products, how often do they login, for how long do they stay, which actions they take and in which order.
