What are the best aspects of this product?
Evergage team is very responsive, open to new suggestions, and always willing to help. I am amazed how simple the product is. It is easy to use and it can be used by almost everyone in our department. It is easy to onboard and our staff can get the most out of data very quickly. I love the alerting feature, it is very easy and useful. We use it to set-up alerts when customer usage drops, we use it for each customer. Our support team is more active when it comes to engaging our customers and they get the most of their account.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be buggy sometimes, but it’s not big deal, this is something that all software app suffer from.

It helps us to capture every customer use and not just the paying customers. This is very useful for trends, and to keep track of what is utilized in the app and what is not.
