Evergage offers great customer service, its team is flexible and responsive to our needs. We use this product for e-commerce purposes, and we have experienced great results.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes time to learn how to use the system, and it has some limitations for how and where we can deploy the recipes. The product is made for e-commerce, and this means they need to make it more flexible for different business initiatives. Also, there are some challenges for attribution funnels. On the other hand, they are always open to new ideas and suggestions.

It helps us to increase loyalty and engagement in publishing. In addition, we are able to recognize our customer’s behavior or intent so we can best serve their needs. It is also helpful in connecting our subscription products and publishing them. Evergage helps us to increase both explicit and implicit revenue.
