What are the best aspects of this product?
I am amazed how powerful this tool can be, and the ability to analyze our client’s behavior, to engage them and to predict churn. The good thing is that we are not limited to only one of these benefits. In addition, the product allows us to customize our customer’s experiences. Our marketing team is able to write a copy so they can get into the product and create the design. They know that the product needs to be involved so they can send right message with design. Evergage, helps us to get everything done and to set-up for approval.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you want to use full potential of Evergage you will need more time to learn how to use this product. It is not difficult but it has a learning curve.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
By engaging customers we are able to reduce the churn and to keep their attention. Evergage offers new approach to get them to think whether or not want to cancel. We work on getting upgrades and I hope we will succeed in preventing customers to cancel the subscription and to get the upsells.
