What are the best aspects of this product?
Evergage offers us deeper level of specificity in how our user segments and our campaigns are being created. This product allows me to display content to specific people who work at specific company within specific state, and who have never visited our website. We are able to get them to our site via search engine. The campaigns are easily set-up and they are user-friendly. There is also WYSIWYG component to it that works extremely well and we are able to change the source code of the campaigns as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They use new website for support, but the old one is still active on Google, so when you search something you can find results from the old site and this can be frustrating. I prefer person support but after all I want to figure things out by myself. I believe that they work to improve this issue. Also, the main focus is on B2C space, and my company is B2B, and some labels assume that we are B2C Company and this can become annoying.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to tailor B2B website to different users and audiences. We can separate our targeting content by industry, geo-location and user persona.
