What are the best aspects of this product?

I am an analytic expert and I have used various products and I have experience in JavaScript and apache server features. The Evergage team answered all my requirements and they provide me with top-notch data exports for our analytics projects. I’m using this product for almost 2 years in 2 different companies and I can say that they constantly work on the product improvements and its upgrading. They constantly add useful features such as: UTM tracking, custom variables, API enhancements, custom event support, online support, export features for events and user based tracking and many other features. We use the “bucket” into segments for our A/B testing and multivariate analysis. The greatest thing I have seen from Evergage is the fact that they generate unique userID’s for each anonymous visitor and they overwrite and use that system ID, this is especially great for customer analysis and sales optimization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I don’t like within Evergage is its UI, it can be buggy. I wish they could make simple dashboard iPhone and android app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this product to the fullest, we use it to tag and segment our visitors by various customer’s requirements and its performance. I am really impressed by the ability to add features without getting sidetracked by some useless features.
